1. Build and Optimize Review Pages

I begin by setting up and optimizing profiles on the review websites, ensuring product descriptions, categories, keywords, screenshots, and differentiators are strategically aligned with messaging and ICP.


2. Incentivized Review Request Campaigns

To jumpstart the review engine, I coordinate with RevOps and Customer Success to pull a targeted list of happy customers with strong product adoption.

My process:

  • Identify high-NPS and promoter-score users
  • Launch incentivized review campaigns (gift cards, swag, etc.)
  • Run these campaigns in focused 2–3 week bursts for maximum lift
  • Set up automatic review request triggers for future promoters

This ensures continuous, sustainable review growth, not one-time spikes.

I use testimonials in:

  • Retargeting ads (especially for opportunities + open leads)
  • Sales decks and PPT collateral

  • PDF leave-behinds summarizing top testimonials

I run targeted campaigns through platforms like G2 and Capterra to ensure the product appears at the top of relevant comparison pages.

These campaigns:
